Custom Kayak®-Style Above-Ground Pool Liners – Precision Fit & Premium Vinyl

Our custom Kayak®-style pool liners are manufactured to Standard Specification, designed to fit the true pool size stated when your pool is measured correctly. For the best possible fit, it is critical to measure wall to wall for the length, width, and wall height of your pool before ordering.

Each liner is crafted from 20mil thick, 100% virgin vinyl and engineered for long-term durability in both hot summers and harsh winter climates. Advanced radio frequency (R.F.) vinyl welding technology is used during production to reduce cold spots in seams, minimizing the risk of seam separation over time. Every liner is lap-welded for strength and inspected by a quality control specialist during the welding process.

These liners are treated with UV inhibitors, bacteria resistance, and cold-crack protection, helping them withstand sun exposure, pool chemicals, and winter temperatures down to -20°C. Designed for accuracy, performance, and longevity, they are an ideal solution for replacing or upgrading Kayak®-style above-ground pool liners.

Liner Types Available

Choosing the Correct Above-Ground Pool Liner

Overlap Pool Liners

Overlap liners extend over the pool wall and are secured with coping strips. Excess material is rolled or trimmed on the outside of the pool, keeping the liner hidden from view. These are the most economical and forgiving liners, making them ideal for DIY installations. Overlap liners are available in solid colours and full-print designs.

Beaded Pool Liners

Standard beaded liners (Snap Bead) install into a bead receiver track attached to the pool wall. This style is preferred when building a deck around the pool, as it allows liner replacement without removing top rails.

Important:
Certain pool brands require custom bead profiles:

• Kayak® bead – fits only Kayak® pools and Kayak® bead receivers

• Esther Williams® / Johnny Weismuller® bead – larger, thicker bead that does not fit standard tracks

When ordering, wall height must be specified: 48”, 52”, or 54”.

Bottom Compatibility

• Fits flat-bottom pools or pools with a gradual dish up to 8 inches

• Not compatible with expandable or deep-end pool bottoms

Installation Tip

For easier installation and added liner protection, we strongly recommend using pool cove and floor pads, which help reduce liner stress and extend liner lifespan.
